Homestyle Kofta Meatball 

We decided to put a new twist on the traditional meatball.  We took aspects of the Kofta recipe that originates in Asian and Mediterranean cuisine and used them into our own deep fried home-style recipe.

We initially wanted to target an audience that is looking for a convenient food with culturally diverse flavors by offering a ready to eat frozen product, adding the appeal of a crisp breaded surface. Our secondary target is the health conscious crowd because of the vegetable content of the product. This product is also likely to be a hit with children who love chicken nuggets
